Apache Labs USA LLC Establishes Headquarters in California, Expanding Service and Support for Amateur Radio Enthusiasts
California, USA - October 12, 2024 – Apache Labs USA LLC is proud to announce that it has officially established its headquarters in California, USA. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in our commitment to serving the needs of the growing Amateur Radio community, focusing on the continued development of high-performance Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) with our focus entirely on Amateur Radio.
The California headquarters will not only serve as the company’s base of operations but will also bring several advantages to our valued customers in the United States:
Local Service and Support: Apache Labs USA LLC is setting up a state-of-the-art service center in California to ensure faster and more efficient local servicing of our products. This will complement the exceptional support already provided by Doug, W5WC, who has been a trusted resource for our US customers for years.
Enhanced Customer Training: We are excited to announce that efforts are underway to establish online training sessions to better support our customers. These sessions will offer in-depth guidance on how to get the most from your Apache Labs SDR, including product setup, advanced features, and troubleshooting.
Faster Product Approvals: Our US operations are working diligently to expedite FCC clearances for two highly anticipated products: the G2-1k SDR and our 1500W amplifier. Once approved, these products will deliver even more power and flexibility to amateur radio operators, ensuring that Apache Labs remains at the forefront of SDR technology.
