Turning the Elk Grove "Ghost Mall" into a ground breaking ceremony and future site of the Wilton Rancheria's Sky River Casino. Last week SPL produced this socially distant event for the Wilton Rancheria Tribe and Boyd Gaming Corporation to celebrate the beginning of a partnership to build and manage Sky River Casino.
