Some of the world’s biggest businesses became billion-dollar brands without owning the thing they sell. 🤯

Think about it:

Amazon doesn’t manufacture most of the products you buy there — millions of third-party sellers do.

Airbnb doesn’t own the homes you book — hosts do.

Spotify doesn’t create or own most of the music you stream — artists and rights holders do.

Uber doesn’t own the majority of cars providing rides — drivers do.

So what do these companies actually own?

The platform.

They built the bridge between two groups:

People who HAVE something ↔ People who WANT something.

And that bridge can become incredibly valuable.

That’s the power of a platform business model.

You don’t necessarily need to manufacture the product.

You don’t always need warehouses, properties, vehicles or inventory.

Sometimes the opportunity is simply recognizing:

“There are buyers looking for X… and sellers struggling to reach them. What if I connect the two?”

Then you make that connection easier, faster, safer or more convenient than anyone else.

That’s where the value is created.

So instead of always asking:

“What can I sell?”

Try asking:

“Who can I connect?”

That question might lead to a much bigger business idea. 💡

If you were building a platform today, what buyers and sellers would you connect? 👇

This ad is 17 YEARS OLD… and it’s still more creative than most ads you’ll scroll past today. 🤯

No fancy AI.

No complicated VFX.

No endless list of product features.

Just a brilliant idea, a strong hook, a little humor—and a payoff you don’t see coming.

That’s what makes this Saint-Gobain Glass ad so good.

From the opening seconds, it creates one thing every marketer desperately wants:

Curiosity.

You’re trying to figure out what’s happening.

So you keep watching.

Then, just when you think you understand where the story is going…

BOOM. The twist delivers the message. 😂

And that’s the genius of it.

The ad doesn’t spend its time telling you how good the product is.

It creates a story that makes you experience the product benefit.

There’s a huge lesson here for marketers:

People don’t remember ads because you gave them more information.
They remember ads because you made them FEEL something.

Curiosity makes them stop.
Storytelling makes them stay.
Humor makes them enjoy it.
The twist makes them remember it.
And the product ties everything together.

That formula worked 17 years ago.

It still works today.

Technology changes. Platforms change. Algorithms change.

Human psychology doesn’t change nearly as fast.

So before adding another transition, effect, trend, or fancy edit to your next campaign, ask yourself:

“Is the IDEA strong enough to make someone want to keep watching?”

Because sometimes the difference between a forgettable ad and an unforgettable one isn't the budget.

It’s the idea. 🎯

Netflix or ChatGPT?
PS5 or Meta Ads? 👀

Your answer might reveal more about your future than you think.

Most people don’t have an income problem.

They have an allocation problem.

$20 spent on entertainment can give you a few hours of enjoyment.

That same $20 spent on the right AI tool could help you learn a skill, create content, research customers, write faster, or improve your business.

$500 spent on a console can buy you entertainment.

That same $500 invested intelligently into marketing could put your business in front of thousands of potential customers.

Same money. Completely different potential outcomes.

This doesn’t mean you should never enjoy your money.

It means you should understand the difference between consumption and investment.

One gives you pleasure today.

The other could give you leverage tomorrow.

And when you’re building a business, sometimes the smallest decisions compound into the biggest results.

Before spending, ask yourself:

“Am I buying temporary dopamine… or something that can increase my skills, reach, or earning potential?”

Your bank balance won’t always tell you where you’re going.

Your priorities will.

Now choose 👇

Netflix or ChatGPT?
PS5 or $500 toward growing your business?

Drop your choices in the comments — and tell me WHY. 👀

I thought I knew exactly where this ad was going… I was completely wrong. 😂

And THAT is what makes it brilliant.

It starts with a familiar setup, builds just enough suspense to make you think you’ve figured it out… and then hits you with a twist that changes everything.

No boring product push.
No predictable ending.
Just curiosity → suspense → surprise → memorability.

That’s the difference between an ad people skip and an ad people watch until the last second, remember, and share.

The biggest marketing lesson here? 👇

Don’t give the audience everything upfront. Give them a reason to stay.

Sometimes the best ads don’t feel like ads at all—they feel like stories you have to finish.

🎯 Hook their attention.
👀 Keep them guessing.
😂 Reward them with an unexpected payoff.
🧠 Make the brand impossible to forget.

This creative absolutely nailed it.

Did you see the ending coming? 👀😂

Save this for your next campaign—and send it to someone who thinks advertising has to be boring.

So this is what real innovation looks like. It is AI, a tool that is already there, but offering something that people need and struggle with is genious.

It definitely will be an amazing marketing and sales booster because in cellphone marketing it is all about new, exciting features and not just same phone with different casing.

Ford launched a Men's only car on women's day.

This is called marketing. Plus, the advertising is extremely attention-grabbing. The voice was done by none other than , our favorite Hiesenberg from The Breaking Bad.

This car, Ford's Markating and Advertising, are truly Breaking Bad.
