We repair a lot of HDMI ports on game consoles.

One thing we hear surprisingly often?

"I wrapped the HDMI cable around it when I took it somewhere."

Leaving the cable plugged in during transport puts stress on the HDMI port every time the cable gets bumped, pulled, or snagged.

Customer complaint: "My printer keeps jamming."

Diagnosis: It was attempting to switch from inkjet to ballpoint. 🖊️

We're happy to report the pen has been safely extracted, the printer has abandoned its dreams of becoming a giant handwriting machine, and paper is once again moving through the tray as intended.

Here at Guru Pro Services, Memorial Day means a little extra to us. Having veterans on our team gives us an even greater appreciation for the true meaning behind the holiday.
