This one was a lot of fun!

Rebranding doesn't necessarily mean completely starting over. Mount Olive Kids already had a logo with a few different versions over the years, but instead of scrapping everything and starting over, we asked, "What are people already connecting with?"

We kept those familiar elements—the bold "Kids" wordmark, the leaf, the mountain icon—and refined them into something that's cleaner, easier to use, and a whole lot more recognizable.

But the biggest win wasn't really the logo. It was making sure it felt like Mount Olive.

One thing I love helping churches think through is this: your ministries shouldn't all have the same logo... but they should all feel like they belong to the same family.

Kids ministry can be fun. Students can be bold. Women's ministry can be elegant. Men's ministry can be rugged. They can all have their own personality without feeling disconnected from the church they're a part of.

That's what good church branding does. It gives every ministry its own voice while reinforcing the identity of the church as a whole.

Grateful to Mount Olive Baptist Church for trusting 323 Design Co. with this refresh. I can't wait to see these logos on everything from hallway signs to event graphics and t-shirts!

Turns out "working" doesn't make for great social media. 😅

I've been a little MIA because I've been buried in a few different projects, and honestly... that's a good problem to have.

I still can't share a couple of projects until they're officially launched, but here's one of my recent favorites!

This sermon series centered around the idea of connection—our connection to Christ, our families, and our church community. I leaned into a clean, modern concept using a Wi-Fi symbol integrated into the typography, with the cable running through the design to reinforce the idea that everything flows from one connection. The deep navy and cool blue palette helps communicate technology and connectivity while still feeling clean enough for a church setting.

I love projects where the concept drives every design decision—not just making something look good, but creating visuals that reinforce the message.

If you've got a church, business, campaign, or organization that needs branding or design that actually works—not just looks good—I'd love to help.

More projects are coming soon. 👀

Alright… it’s been a minute 😅

I’ve been a little quiet on here, but not because I haven’t been working — I’ve actually been sitting on this one for a bit.

Just wrapped up this brand for Early Bird Excavating 👏
We built this out as a full logo system — not just one mark:
• A clean primary logo for everyday use
• A bold badge for decals, hats, and anything out in the field

The whole concept was built around that early morning grind — first one on the job, getting after it while the sun's still coming up.
We kept everything strong, readable, and built to actually work on trucks, gear, and job sites — not just look good on a screen.

Always cool seeing a brand come to life in real-world use! 💪

Alright… yeah, we know 😅
Another business card post. But this one’s a little different—this was more than just a card.

This piece was created for a local pastor representing churches and ministry opportunities at an 8th grade career fair. The goal? Get students thinking about their calling—and open their eyes to what ministry can actually look like.

So we built this with intention:

• The headline “What’s your CALLING?” is the hook—simple, bold, and impossible to miss
• The color palette ties directly back to his home church’s branding for consistency and credibility
• The background image (students praying together) adds context and emotion without distracting from the message
• The back breaks down real jobs in ministry—helping students see it’s more than just preaching
• And the QR code? That leads to a full resource hub for students to explore opportunities and take a next step

But we didn’t stop at print 👀
We also repurposed the design into an animated display for his table—cycling through different ministry roles with visuals to match. So while the card starts the conversation, the screen helps bring it to life.

That’s what we mean by creativity with purpose. Every piece working together to actually communicate something that matters.

And hey—if business cards are the theme right now, we’re rolling with it 😂

We know… we’ve been a little quiet on here lately 👀
But that usually means one thing — we’ve been busy creating.
Just wrapped up this business card design for Harper’s Construction 🛠️ After building out their logo, it was only right to carry that same strong, clean, trustworthy feel straight into their print pieces.
The classic typography, structured layout, and established color palette all work together to communicate their core message — experience and longevity in the industry. When you’ve been serving Logan County since 1999, your branding should feel steady, dependable, and built to last. That consistency matters.
From the saw blade mark to the refined blue/gray tones, every detail reinforces who they are and how long they’ve been doing it well.
And we’ve gotta say — we love repeat customers. 🙌 There’s nothing better than a client trusting us beyond the logo and letting us keep building out their brand the right way.
Business cards may be small, but they should still work hard. 💪
More projects coming soon… we promise 😉

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: Harper’s Construction, LLC ✨

Good logos don’t chase attention — they build confidence.

For Harper’s Construction, it was essential that their brand clearly communicated experience and trust. With decades in the industry, we made sure their Established 1999 date was front and center — because longevity matters when you’re choosing who to trust with your home or project.

Design-wise, we were very intentional about what not to do. No bold trends. No flashy styles. Those choices might look exciting today, but they don’t communicate staying power. Instead, we leaned into classic design and reliable color choices that signal stability and professionalism.

This logo quietly tells potential customers:
• This company knows what they’re doing
• They’ve been doing it a long time
• You can trust them

That’s the power of intentional branding — saying exactly what your customer needs to hear, without ever saying a word.

Still on a green kick 🌿 apparently...not mad about it.

This logo was designed for Raising Arrows Co., a start-up run by a stay-at-home mom, and the heart of the design comes straight from Psalm 127:3–4. The arrow isn’t just a graphic choice — it is the reference. Children as arrows. Intentional raising, not accidental.

The clean script keeps it personal and approachable, while the muted green palette reinforces growth, nurture, and steadiness. Everything works together to visually support the Scripture instead of just slapping a verse reference on a logo.

This is where clarity and intentionality really show up — when the design reinforces the meaning behind the mission.

And just a reminder: we don’t only serve churches. If you’re building something meaningful in the marketplace, we’re here for that too!

This is what we mean when we say design with purpose.

The Rooted & Grounded series wasn’t built around a cool graphic — the graphic was built to serve the series. Big difference.

Every visual choice points back to the message so people get the theme instantly. No overthinking it. No explaining the image or theme. It supports what’s being taught instead of competing with it or stealing attention.

This is the kind of design churches need more of: graphics that help carry the weight of the series, stay usable all the way through, and actually make ministry easier.

Clean. Intentional. Zero fluff. That’s the 323 way.

🚨 Fresh off the press 🚨

Just wrapped up these business cards for a County Clerk campaign, and this one was all about clarity + confidence.

Bold type. Patriotic color palette. Clean layout that tells you exactly who he is and what he’s running for—no fluff, no confusion.

This is what we love doing at 323:
👉 intentional design
👉 clear messaging
👉 pieces that actually work in the real world

And yes—this is just one part of the spectrum. From campaigns to churches to small businesses, we’ve got you covered.

📣 Campaign season is here — if you need business cards (or anything else), let’s get you set up.
