The Health Care Transformation Task Force just released a case study on Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan's condition-based MSK model, which TRIARQ Health helped build.

The results from year one: a 3.5% drop in MSK spending versus the market trend, about $10.5M in savings, and the first decline in per-member MSK costs since 2021. We did this by getting patients the right care earlier and rewarding physicians for outcomes, not procedure volume.
