I finally found a workaround for the website/DNS issues and we should officially be back live again.

Now that I’ve finally figured that confusing mess out, I can quit wearing the IT hat and get back to what actually matters — getting orders mixed, packed, shipped, and customers taken care of.

Tracking updates should begin syncing and updating shortly as everything catches back up on the backend.

I know the delays and lack of updates have been frustrating, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience while I worked through it.

AAV website update:

allaboutv***r.com is having a temporary DNS/domain issue. If you see an error or “under construction” page, we are not closed.

The domain settings are being corrected now, but the website may not load properly until the update finishes.

Quick AAV update 💜

After a couple hospital visits, a fractured wrist, fighting with a DNS server for days, and learning I apparently now work in BOTH v**e and IT support… I think the website is finally fully back online. 😂🩻

The site should be working again normally.

Orders ARE still going out, and most pending orders should already have tracking or will by Tuesday. Tracking updates may move slower than normal thanks to rural Arkansas internet trying its best to humble me daily. 😅

A lot of folks don’t realize AAV is basically just me these days — customer service, mixing, shipping, inventory, emails, labels, social media, website fixes… all of it. But honestly, I wouldn’t change that part. My mom spent years helping build this company with me, and she deserves every second of retirement and peace she can get. So I’m proud to keep this little family business rolling for now — even one-handed and powered mostly by stubbornness at this point. 😂

Thank y’all for the patience, kindness, and sticking with me through the chaos. We’re getting caught back up. 💜

After two computers crashing personal emergency, and finally figuring out how to turn off the damn auto reply.... I'm here and hustling. I'm responding individually now.

All order placed during the month of March and prior have shipped. Computer crashing led to me using other means than Shopify to ship. That has been resolved and tracking will be sent over if you haven't received it yet and should be updated or delivered by now. Holy hell. Who knew moving would be just a pain in the ass. Legal issues haven't helped as the government isn't va**rs friends.

Either way, give me a moment but I'm responding now. No better time to get s**t back to normal than our anniversary.

Shopify is finally straightened out (about time), and I’m getting orders out as fast as I can.

You may notice tracking looks a little different than usual. I had to switch shipping services to keep everything moving, but your order is on the way.
I know this hasn’t been up to the standard you’re used to and deserve, and I’m truly sorry for that. I’m working hard to get everything back on track and fully compliant, and I’ll be sharing a more detailed update tomorrow.
