For the common issue installing Windows update KB5034441, Microsoft recommends a manual repair and will not provide an automated option. You may either follow the steps within this article, or bring in your PC to us if you do not feel comfortable doing it on your own.

​Microsoft has confirmed that it won't provide an automated fix for a known issue causing 0x80070643 errors when installing recent Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) updates.

Scammers are getting craftier and craftier! They now load an app onto your computer that leaves virtually no trace of it's existance, does not show in installed programs or apps, and is a way to re-gain access to your PC!
They use a similar screen to mask what they're doing behind the scenes. If you've fallen victim to this scam, have your machine looked at ASAP!

Be aware of one of the more recent scams going around lately. Anyone asking for your phone number may be a scammer looking to take control of your social media account. Once the account is taken over, they change info to prevent you from reclaiming access. These scammers then go after people in the friends list to do the same. Reach out to the individual by other means if you receive this message, to verify it is a legitimate request.
