Well it is official. The Intel Mac is dead. No longer support with MacOS Golden Gate. Time to upgrade to a new Mac :)

Here are the Macs that are officially supported.

MacBook Neo (2026)
MacBook Air with Apple silicon (2020 and later)
MacBook Pro with Apple silicon (2020 and later)
iMac with Apple silicon (2021 and later)
Mac mini with Apple silicon (2020 and later)
Mac Studio with Apple silicon (2022 and later)
Mac Pro with Apple silicon (2023 and later)

Yet another reason I cannot recommend Microsoft products any longer. Edge stores all of you passwords in plain text, in process memory. Modern browsers access the passwords as you access them, but not Edge. Let's just load them all in resource memory.

Disgusting. Buy Apple. Get a Mac. Ditch Windows.

Well, we have known it was coming. Honestly, Apple supported Intel much longer than I thought they would. With MacOS27 Intel is officially dead on Mac.

That is it. I cannot any longer recommend any Microsoft product outside of Microsoft 365 or Office to anyone. There is NO reason to buy a Windows desktop or laptop. The Mac mini and the MacBook Neo absolutely crush ANYTHING you can buy in the Windows world with performance and price. Build quality is light years ahead of anything in the Windows marketplace at the price. Now, prices are going up on the well built systems in the Windows world and Macs are actually less expensive, more powerful, more stable, safer, last longer, have higher resell value, better warranty support, and have a far superior OS.

Buy Mac. You will have a happier life.

It no longer makes sense to recommend a Surface at any price point over a similarly spec'd MacBook, iPad, or third-party OEM Windows machine.

The M5 Pro processor from Apple is the most impressive processor I have ever used on a computer. Yes, the M5 Max is faster. However, the value to performance on the M5 Pro is just unbeatable. Well done Apple. Well done!

Apple will not text you codes by default. They do push notifications to your devices. If you get a text with a code from Apple it is fake. Additionally they will NEVER call you. Be safe and aware of scams. You can always call us and we can tell you if it is real.

Folks, please know this.
Microsoft, Apple, Social Security, Medicare, IRS, your bank your Sheriff's department, FBI, NO ONE will call you! DO NOT let ANYONE remote into your computer unless you know them. For example I can remote into customers computers, but they KNOW ME! DO NOT send money to ANYONE that calls you. It is fake, it is a scam. Thankful to Walton County Sheriff's Office, Florida for keeping the public aware. The people that do this are evil! Great job by the officer in the video.
