We remember the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the countless acts of courage, compassion and unity that followed.

May we never forget.

Before we sold office solutions, apparently we had to invent a few of our own.

In the early days of Professional Business Systems, space was tight—and copiers were plentiful. Matt Mawby remembers PBS’s first office and the rather unconventional way the team created their own “cubicles.”

Forty years later, we may have upgraded the office. But we haven’t forgotten where we started.

40 Years. 40 Memories.

Some of the best business relationships aren't measured in months—they're measured in decades.

In this edition of 40 Years, 40 Memories, the PBS team shares the story of their very first customer and why that customer is still with them today.

Technology has changed. Businesses have evolved. But one thing has remained the same: earning trust through dependable service, genuine relationships, and showing up when it matters most.

It's a reminder that long-term partnerships aren't built on a single sale—they're built on consistently taking care of people.

Watch the story and see why some customers become lifelong partners.

Every great company has to start somewhere.

In this next edition of 40 Years. 40 Memories., Matt Mawby takes us back to the very first home of Professional Business Systems. Long before today's technology and growth, there was a small office, a big vision, and a determination to build something that would last.

It's amazing how much can begin within four walls.

Take a walk back to where the PBS story really started.

For 40 years, Professional Business Systems has been about more than copiers, technology, and office solutions. It's been about the people, the relationships, and the memories we've built along the way.

As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we're excited to launch 40 Years. 40 Memories.—a series highlighting the stories that have shaped PBS. Over the coming months, you'll hear from people who have all played a part in our journey.

We're kicking things off with PBS owner Matt Mawby, who takes us back to the very beginning. In this first story, Matt remembers a time when there were just three types of copiers to choose from—a reminder of just how much our industry has evolved over the past four decades.

Every memory tells a piece of our story, and this is where it all begins.

We hope you'll enjoy taking this trip down memory lane with us.
