A local contractor had a client who wanted a covered outdoor space with a fireplace and kitchen. The homeowner sent over a few examples of what he was looking for. Here's a brief video of the finished product.

Client wanted to open up her kitchen by extending it out 4ft, extend her sunroom and vault it, and also wanted to rework the space downstairs by extending some of it out as well. This is what we worked together to create.

I was hired by a client in TN to help him design a house he's planning to build. He gave me a basic sketch of the floorplan with exterior & garage dimensions only and this is what we ended up with. One more happy client for R3model!

This is a project I'm just wrapping up for a contractor in Baltimore, MD. Wants a rooftop split level deck with a simple 4 post/4 beam pergola (I'm assuming maybe for hammocking or to lash a sunshade to). This is a row house, thus the varied brick color.

This is a new build I've been working on with Valiant Home Additions and their client. Started with a basic floorplan the client designed. We were able to work out a number of kinks early on in the process which could have easily gone unnoticed until much later on. But a few Zoom meetings, multiple text messages and several emails later we're all wrapped up. Now James at Valiant can put together an accurate estimate, knowing he's envisioning the same end result as his client. This has also given the client several opportunities to ask questions and feel involved in the project. Excited to see this project come to life over the next several months! Many thanks to James at Valiant for his excellent communication and direct involvement throughout the entire process.
