I had two network engineering companies before Altec and this one has been the best - by far. So glad I hired them. Below are the reasons:1. Jen answers the phone every single time. This is a HUGE plus.2. Justin fixes problems, fast, and he brought extra equipment with him so he could install it first time out! This was also huge! I thought we needed two pieces of equipment after a lightning strike, we only needed one. Justin saved us money. We appreciate that!3. Everybody is friendly and professional.4.
