This is pretty old news at this point, but Haarstick Sailmakers has been using NuSale for some time now. Doug even worked out a cool rig with a clipboard to hold his iPhone to make it easier for people to swipe their cards and sign. Thanks Doug!!!

UrbanMiners is a Connecticut based "deconstruction, salvage, and used goods" dealer. Very interesting operation. They deconstruct buildings and then sell what they can salvage from the deconstruction. And they are now using NuSale to do so!

We're proud to announce that NuSale 1.1 is now available on the iTunes market. NuSale 1.1 adds contact management, inventory management, and the ability to sell inventory out of NuSale. This includes the ability to search sales history by item, the ability to see all item detail related to a sale, the ability to adjust sales by adding or removing items, and so on. The help (now located under the new More menu) has been updated to describe all the new functionality in detail. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about the new release.

NuSale 2.0 is now in development and will be released within the next few months. NuSale 2.0 will bring integration between NuSale and the Magento online store. This means you will be able to sell directly (mobile and in-store) using NuSale and all that sales activity will be automatically synchronized with your online store. When you add items to NuSale they will be listed online at the same time. When you sell items online your NuSale inventory will be updated and vise-versa. This will be a huge step forward for NuSale and will begin to truly "close the loop" making it easier for small and medium sized merchants to sell in-store, mobile, and online at the same time, manage customer relationships (when users sign up for a newsletter in NuSale they will be automatically subscribed to Magento newsletters), and manage inventory.

Magento is also integrated to many other systems through the Magento Extensions library. For instance, extensions are available to integrate Magento with QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Peach Tree, and other accounting packages. There are extensions available to integrate with fulfillment centers and drop-ship suppliers. There are extensions to integrate with all the major shipping companies, with Facebook, eBay, Amazon, and more. In short, by integrating NuSale with Magento we are enabling merchants to streamline and automate many parts of their operation along with mobile sales.
