We're excited to welcome Laporte to the Wilmac team as our new VP, Implementation & Customer Success!

Alex brings 18 years of Professional Services and Customer Success leadership to the table. After earning his degree at Kenyon College, he built his career across telecom, UCaaS, and CCaaS.

What drew Alex to Wilmac was the chance to own the full post-sale journey, helping clients get to value faster while building a team that grows alongside the business.

Outside of work, Alex is a former college tennis player who still competes in USTA national tournaments, plays padel, and enjoys ocean kayaking.

Edmonton was a great opportunity to connect, learn, and have meaningful conversations with Canada's public safety leaders!

We enjoyed sharing how Wilmac approaches Continuity WFM, helping PSAPs build more predictable, resilient staffing strategies while keeping operational needs and the first first responders at the center.
