Durst Group was honored to receive 13 Pinnacle Product Awards as part of this year’s competition.

Among our winners was the P5 350 HS hybrid printer in UV/Latex Hybrid – more than $500K category. The P5 350 HS is an efficient and versatile hybrid solution for roll and board printing up to 3.5 m and reaches, in the High Speed version, a productivity up to 708 sqm/h (7,620 sq.ft/h).

This printer will be at the PRINTING United Expo next month with a D4 configuration. Stop by booth C1614 to see it.

Last week, we stopped by Philipp Lithographing Company, in their brand-new state-of-the-art digital facility, to discuss their investment in a Durst P5 SMP, the first in the country.

Stacy Buening, President, said of the investment, “We’re eating up work. The SMP’s productivity allows us to run leaner and get through everything while freeing up our digital operator to focus on other tasks. Our business is taking off. I’m surprised by how much work we’re producing, it has significantly increased our print volume.”

We were onsite yesterday with Green Bay Packaging, Baird Display Division to discuss their investment in Durst technology.

After installing a P5 350 HS D4 in October of 2025, Green Bay Packaging quickly realized the level of productivity they could achieve, and recognized the need for a second digital printer almost immediately. Timm Rutkowski said, “The ROI on the P5 350 HS D4 was almost immediate, and made it that much easier to decide to invest in the P5 X. The 350 was installed in October, and four months later, we installed the P5 X. We are very happy.”

For 250 years, the United States has been built on the ideas of resilience, courage and to looking toward what comes next. As we celebrate this huge milestone in our nation’s history, we’re reminded that meaningful progress is built over time, and that great ideas take shape by the hands of great thinkers.

This year also marks 90 years of Durst. While our histories began in different places, they share a common thread: a belief that lasting success comes from embracing change, investing in people, and never standing still.

This past weekend, our Durst’ler cycling team participated in the Tour de Cure charity ride, Finger Lakes region, and we couldn’t be prouder of their commitment to making a difference. We’re honored to have been able to support our team as they take conquered this challenge in support of diabetes research, education, and advocacy.
 
A special thank you to our partners at Soardist Displays & Apparel, and to Jacky Wang and Mark Jaroszewski, for outfitting the team with incredible custom jerseys. Your generosity and support helped bring an extra level of pride and team spirit to this meaningful event.

The future doesn't just happen. It is thought about, considered, and ultimately shaped by those who have the vision to do so.

In a recent interview with Morten B. Reitoft of INKISH, Christoph Gamper, CEO of Durst, discussed the future of print, and how 90 years of innovation has given Durst a unique perspective into where we have been, where we are now, and where we can all be headed with the right tools and technology in place. Software will continue to change, automation will continue to evolve, and our overall interaction with technology will look very different.

TexTape, a producer of industrial labels for the automotive and dairy industries based out of Texas, has invested in two Durst Tau RSC E printers.

Recently, they discussed their experience with these printers, their partnership with Durst, and the possibilities RSC technology has brought their business with NAPCO's Packaging Impressions. Candy Pimentel, flexo manager of TexTape, said, “We absolutely love it — the quality, the color match... I mean, everything about the Durst is just phenomenal to us.”
