I am a real estate agent. Why do I need social media accounts?


》Cold calls are out and social media is in. When your friend tells you about this new person they met, what’s your first response? Look for their social media. See what they look like and what they are interested in.

》As a real estate agent, it is important to not only have an official website, but to also have multiple STRONG social media accounts. This way your potential clients and consumers can get a good idea of who YOU are.

》You don’t want to be the “Ben” that has no social media accounts or just a photo from 3 years ago. Provide good content for your customers to show ✨

BOUTIQUES: Instead of just posting about your new inventory, put together look books using your products! Offer styling days to help your audience to re-do their closet! Who doesn’t want to follow an account with some fashion inspo?

How can you teach your audience? PHOTOGRAPHERS: Instead of just posting photos, teach about different lightings, poses, and filters that your consumers can use! By doing this you are showing them what you know, attracting them to want to work with you!

》Individual✨
How do you stand out from the crowd? BATH & BODY: Talk about the ingredients you use and how that separates you from the rest. Are your products handmade? What makes you original 🙂
