Over the past 12 weeks, I’ve been forced to go into someone more intentional, more accountable, and more aware of the responsibility that comes with doing something that can impact others. RAMP and life combined didn’t just give me information—they broke me down to rebuild me. It sharpened the edges that needed sharpening. It gave focus to ideas that once lived only in my mind. And it reminded me that greatness is a practice, not an accident.
For me, this journey isn’t only about entrepreneurship. It’s about stepping into a lineage—one built by the great Black inventors who came before us. The innovators who created with fewer resources, more barriers, and yet an unshakable belief in what they could contribute to the world. People like Garrett Morgan, Lewis Latimer, Madam C.J. Walker, Granville Woods. They built under pressure so that we could build with possibility.
Today, after twelve demanding weeks, I can feel myself being shaped back into the true form of myself.
