Last month, one of our team members, Blazej, attended the Pax8 Bootcamp: “Prepare Your Business for What’s Next in AI” and it was packed with valuable information for MSPs.

The bootcamp focused on helping MSPs evolve into MIPs by implementing and automating AI solutions using agents and real world integration strategies.

Even better? It was a great opportunity to connect and network with peers across the industry.

For decades, cybersecurity has been about keeping attackers out. That’s no longer enough.

AI now makes it cheap and easy to clone voices, forge invoices, and fabricate “real looking” data. As a result, the tech industry is moving toward mandatory AI content verification—where proving who created something will matter as much as what it says.

If ransomware hits a synced device, encrypted files can automatically sync to the cloud—overwriting clean versions and even targeting version history or recycle bins.

Cloud storage connects your data; it doesn’t isolate it. For real protection, you need a separate, secure backup that’s offline or locked down—an isolated copy attackers can’t reach, change, or delete.
