NOW HIRING: GENERAL LABORERS – WASHINGTON, DC

Great Basin Staffing LLC is hiring two General Laborers for a one-day commercial kitchen installation project in Washington, DC.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: Tuesday the 10th
Duration: 1 full day (8–10 hours, possible overtime)
Employment Type: W2 | Weekly Pay

Job Duties:
Unload 50+ lb commercial kitchen equipment (team lifts)
Move equipment into place per site direction
Uncrate equipment and remove packaging materials
Assemble tables, chairs, and shelving
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
Construction experience preferred
Full PPE required (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hi-vis, steel-toe boots)
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded

Here’s how you can become a journeyman in Utah and Colorado:

🔹 Utah:
Complete 8,000 hours of on-the-job training and 576 hours of classroom instruction, OR
Complete 16,000 hours of licensed electrical experience working under the supervision of a licensed journeyman or master electrician.
Pass the Journeyman Electrician Code, Theory, and Practical exams.

🔹 Colorado:
Complete 8,000 hours of on-the-job training (four years).
