RingTel Communications provides communication services to the communities of Ringsted, Armstrong & Swea City in northwest Iowa.

For nearly 100 years, Ringsted Telephone Company has been providing communication services to the communities of Ringsted in northwest Iowa. In 2009, we purchased Independent Networks in Armstrong, a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). Also in 2009, we changed our name to RingTel Communications. We pride ourselves in providing state-of-the-art products from people who are highly trained, skilled and willing to serve our customers. Our staff works to ensure your services are working round the clock, 365 days a year. Our stable connections make certain that you have the clearest voice calls and the fastest Internet service possible. In addition, a wide range of video programming offers something for everyone including sports, entertainment, educational and news information.

**Reminder- with the new back door on the Armstrong office we DO NOT have a drop box at this time.

Due to a maintenance event: there appears to be issues with internet service.
What we have found to resolve the issue is, if you power cycle your router (unplug it from the power & plug back in) this should be the solution. Give it 10 minutes to complete the reboot. If the issue persists- please call the office.
