We don't usually share personal things, but today we had to close unexpectedly after receiving some news that required our full attention. It also created a financial hurdle we weren't planning for.

If you've been meaning to come try Mosscrowe BBQ, this week would mean more to us than you know. Supporting a small business isn't just buying a meal. It's helping a local family keep moving forward.

Here's what's on the menu at HB Fuller Park (Hazeldell Little League) in Salmon Creek:

Service time 4-8

🔥 Tuesday: Our smoked stuffed meatballs, Hawaiian mac salad, and a drink. We have around 180 meatballs and a big pan of mac salad ready to go already prepped.

🔥 Wednesday: Smoked brisket, our famous creamy mac and cheese, and a drink. About 40 pounds of brisket will be coming off the smoker.

🔥 Thursday: Smoked spare ribs, creamy mac and cheese, and a drink.

Anyone with a budding artist that loves BBQ?! Check out this new contest!

🎨🔥 CALLING ALL YOUNG ARTISTS 🔥🎨

Mosscrowe BBQ is doing something special for our next seasoning release and we want OUR COMMUNITY involved in creating it.

The flavor is APPLE CHIPOTLE sweet apple, savory, medium spice level.

We are officially hosting a kids art contest to help design the label for one of our upcoming seasonings!

This is your chance to have your artwork featured on an official Mosscrowe BBQ product sold to the public.

The winning artist will:
🏆 Have their artwork featured on the label
✍️ Have their signature printed on the bottle
🎥 Be announced LIVE on Facebook
🔥 Become part of Mosscrowe BBQ history
💰 $150 will be awarded to the winner.

CONTEST RULES:
• our pig and flame profile must be used.
• Kids and teens only, ages 9–17
• Artwork must be original
• Keep it family friendly
• BBQ, fire, smoke, animals, Pacific Northwest themes, and fun seasoning ideas are encouraged
• Please put the child’s first name, age, and parent contact info on the back or in the message when submitting
• Artwork can be submitted by photo through Facebook Messenger, dropped off in person at one of our events or emailed to [email protected]

• Deadline to send your file or hand copy is June 30th

A few boundaries:
• No copyrighted characters, logos, or AI-generated artwork
• No inappropriate language or imagery
• We may make small adjustments to sizing/layout so it works on an actual seasoning label while keeping the artist’s design intact
• we will provide the profile outline with our pig and flame. The flame, glasses and background is your canvas. The pig color and handkerchief stays the same color.
•The boxes on either side is off limits. You can extend art to the end sides of each box as long as its outside of the boxes.
•digital art, color pencils, colored ink, crayons are welcomed.

Get creative. Use colors.

Make it PNW inspired.
