Hey Richwood friends and neighbors! I’m Kendel, and I’ve started Kendel’s Tech Help to provide affordable, honest, and patient tech support for:
• Seniors who need help using their phones, tablets, or computers
• Families with slow Wi-Fi, broken devices, or school tech issues
• Small business owners who need basic IT support without the big price tag
What I Can Help With:
• Device setup (phones, tablets, laptops, printers, smart TVs, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and repairs (slow devices, pop-ups, email problems, etc.)
• Wi-Fi setup or optimization
• App help (Facebook, email, online banking, Zoom, etc.)

Since I’m just getting started and want to build trust, I’m offering simple, fair rates:
$15 per hour — or — $10 for a quick fix under 30 minutes.
(Plus, house calls in Richwood are free — no extra travel fee!)
