Personal fave for Troll Co. Clothing

Pro tip: There’s just something about adding tattoos to an illustration that always makes it look wayyyy cooler.

Been a while since I’ve made Photoshop mockups. Feels like the old times 🤘 All done by hand. No Artificial Intelligence used.

Detour Collection for Branded Bills
—
It’s always insanely rewarding to see how Branded Bills takes my designs and brings them to life. For this set, they wanted to developed a collection based on the businesses you’d find along Route 66. Coming up with the designs is always fun, but any opportunity I get to flex my snarky copywriting skills is an opportunity I’ll take! I can’t wait for you guys to see the Winter Collection!

Which design is your favorite? Lemme know in the comments!

Boom! Full Can System for CRAFT COAST 🤘
—
This project went through many iterations before we finally locked in on these can designs (swipe to the 5th slide to see a bunch of the concepts). In the end we went with this character focused layout, which allows for a unique skeleton to represent the flavors and theme of each brew. We also pushed the limits of the brand a smidge with the thematic fonts on each can, taking the designs that extra step.
—
But tell me, which one is your favorite? I think mine is that XPA moto skelly.
—
Stoked to visit Craft Coast in a few weeks and see these cans in person!

Inspired by Postcards. Designed for Off-road. Hella proud of this one for Can-Am Off-Road
—
My pitch for this concept was simple: within the letters of “CAN-AM” and interweave that with a surrounding scene, postcard style. The ex*****on was anything but simple haha. I often shoot myself in the foot with my ideas and then have to figure out how the hell to pull it off. It took a while, but this illustration is hands down my favorite piece I’ve ever done for Can-Am.
—
You’ll notice that between the sketch and the final design, a few things changed, mostly subtle, but the main request from Can-Am was to change to overhead desert canyon to more rugged mountains. This change added another “biome” to the design which I’m a huge fan of. So within the Word Arch we have “Farmland” and “Woodlands,” below we have the desert, and above we have Mountains. It was a wild concept but I’m wildly proud of the final product.
—
Along with a host of my other designs, you can get this one in a tee or hoodie form on black or tan via Can-Am’s website. Here’s to Off Road Livin’!
—
As always, everything here was designed with Pen, Paper and the Pencil tool in Illustrator; no Artificial Intelligence was used in this design 🤘

I’ve designed a LOT of patches over the years. A few have even made it on hats. But there’s something about this one for Hoyt Archery Inc. that just hits different!
—
Maybe it’s the woven arrow through the horseshoes. Or maybe it’s the message that just still resonates. One way or another, I love this design and always will!

Scroll to the end to see some alt versions of the design 😉

A lot actually, and I’m 31 today! Here’s a lil update!
—
I’ve been all over the East Coast traveling and visiting friends, and I’m heading out west in a few weeks! If you want to meet up, grab a coffee or have a couch to surf, let me know, I’m always down for being friends IRL.
—
Love ya! See you soon!
