Check out this incredible piece of history! Our team recently discovered a stash of original sewing patterns from the 1950s tucked inside a vintage sewing desk. The coolest part? The desk was originally purchased from the legendary Miller & Rhoads right here in Richmond, VA.

Long before PDFplotting.com was around to turn digital files into full-scale sewing pattern prints, these delicate paper patterns were the gold standard for every home sewist. It’s a rare look back at the printing industry’s roots and a beautiful reminder of our nation's fashion history.
