Direct Systems software allows you to have a calendar view of all of your Work Tickets.

You can easily add and see who and what resource is scheduled to work on the Ticket.

You can edit the Work Tickets directly from the Load Board and print off your Work Tickets for the day or week. It has a multi view option, so you can look at one day, one week, monthly, etc.

It helps to keep every one on the same page with what is happening in your Operations today.

This is to inform you that updates for our TPS and SQL Systems are now available for download and should be installed as soon as possible. We apologize for our delay in getting these updates to you this year.

These updates will install the 2022 Federal Tax Withholding changes.

Please download and install these updates even if you do not use our payroll system to ensure that your IBS system is up-to-date. These updates include any programming changes that were made to all of our programs during 2021.

All users must be totally logged out of all parts of your IBS system whenever you run the Install Updates process.

Per the IRS' 2022 Publication 15:

"...the (Social Security) tax rate on these wages is 6.2%. The social security wage base limit is $147,000.

The Medicare tax rate is 1.45% each for the employee and employer, unchanged from 2021"

Important Notes for Payroll Users:

After you have updated your IBS system, you should check the Standard Rates File (found on the File Menu in the Payroll module) and verify that the 2022 Rates have been installed.
The 2022 FUTA Tax Rate will be installed as 0.80 and you must edit the FUTA Rate & Limit, as appropriate, for your company.
If your State Payroll Tax is changing on or after 1/01/2022, then please send us that information immediately so our programmer can update our payroll program accordingly. Thank you to those who have already provided that information!
