HE THOUGHT HE NEEDED A NEW PHONE!!! 📱 (It Was Just His SIM Card)

DESCRIPTION (draft):
His phone couldn't call ANYONE. No calls in, no calls out — he was ready to buy a brand new phone. 😱

The problem? His SIM card just needed to be reseated. 30 seconds, back to life… and the charge was NOTHING. He still went to his car to grab a tip. 🙌

This is why you bring it to EZ Fix first. 📍 1733 George Washington Way, Richland, WA — walk-ins welcome, most repairs same day.

Helped you before? A quick Google review means the world to us. ⭐

THUMBNAIL TEXT (draft):
HE COULDN'T CALL ANYONE! 😱

NOTES FOR MARTÍN:
- Customer's name is never said in the clip, so the yellow label uses a descriptor ("THE SIM CARD GUY") instead of an invented name.
- Hook on frame 1: "He Thought He Needed A NEW PHONE" — his own words at the end of the visit.
- Privacy: the back-room bench segment (phone screens with messages/settings) was cut entirely; no POS screen, paper, phone number or personal data is readable anywhere in the cut. The lock-screen "No Internet" moment stays because it IS the proof of the problem (time + "No Internet" only).
- He paid $0 for the fix and tipped $9 — that's the whole story, visit runs greeting → problem → fix → free → tip → goodbye.

Thomas walked in sure his Samsung Galaxy A11 was DONE. Black screen. Wouldn't restart. Wouldn't respond to anything. 😱

It wasn't dead… it was FROZEN. Watch the full visit: the force restart that brought it back to life, the pop-up messages taking over his phone (don't click on those! 🚫), and the cracked screen he decided to replace while he was here.

He thought his Samsung was DEAD 😱📱 It was just FROZEN! Force restart brought it back ⚡ Plus pop-ups from downloaded games 🎮 Screen $85 · Protector $5 — he walked out smiling 🙌 POV: Ray-Ban Meta glasses 🎥

Descripción (YouTube, con enlaces de la tienda ya corregidos):
😱 He thought his Samsung Galaxy was DEAD… but the truth surprised him!

Thomas walked into EZ Fix in Richland, Washington, thinking his Samsung Galaxy had completely stopped working. The screen was black, the phone wasn't responding, and he thought it was time for a repair.

But sometimes a phone isn't dead… it's just FROZEN! 📱⚡ Watch as we perform a force restart and bring his Samsung Galaxy back to life!

And that wasn't the only problem! Thomas was also dealing with annoying pop-up ads caused by games downloaded onto his phone. 🎮🚨 During his visit, we also discussed a screen replacement for $85 and a tempered glass screen protector for just $5.

The best part? Thomas walks out with a smile! 🙌

😂 Just another funny day at EZ Fix!

This customer stopped by looking for a tempered glass screen protector, a charger, and a way to mount his phone inside his truck. 🚛📱

He wasn't sure which magnetic mount would work, so we gave him a couple of FREE metal plates to try with his phone case.

And I told him, “If they don't work, there's always the trash can!” 🗑️😂

Sometimes it's not just about selling something. It's about helping customers and sharing a good laugh!

What do wives, pockets, and an iPhone 16 have in common? 😂💀

This customer came into EZ Fix and somehow our conversation went from phones to wives having NO POCKETS! 🤣

Sometimes the funniest moments at a phone repair shop have absolutely NOTHING to do with fixing phones! 😂

Wait until you hear what he says! 👀🤣

👇 Ladies, why don't your clothes have pockets?! 😂
