Congratulations to our September Employee of the Month, Pamela Vertina!
Pamela recently celebrated her first anniversary with DSI, and in just one year, she has made an incredible impact on our Dallas office.
Starting as our Corporate Receptionist and now serving as Office Administrator, Pamela has become an important part of what keeps the office running smoothly. Her impact goes well beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. She sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to make it happen, all while genuinely caring about the experience of those around her.
For many visitors, Pamela is the first person they meet when they walk through our doors. Her warmth and positivity immediately make people feel welcome. That same care extends to her coworkers, where she is always looking for ways to help and make someone’s day a little easier.
As Sr. Director of HR Tai Crutcher shared, “Her kindness, positivity, and compassion are a natural part of who she is, and they have a noticeable impact on the atmosphere of our office.”
In only her first year at DSI, Pamela has already left her mark. It’s not only because of the work she does, but because of the genuine care she brings to it every day.
