Construction Update!

You'll never believe it. We're behind schedule!
I know, I know, it's a complete shock. We're always so conservative with our estimated timelines... (obviously joking).

But hey, Here's the good news!

147th ST W Area - Actively Under construction
140th ST W - Mainline Construction Done, awaiting service lines.
The Rest of "St Pats Place" (think Hillcrest Ct etc.) - Mainline Construction starts Monday the 21st.
135th ST CT W - We'll see you as soon as we finish these other 3!

And after alllllll that is over, We'll be headed east to start our Preemption area Builds.

You know how they say that the best things in life are worth waiting for? Well this is example #1.

All services have been restored at this time. All subscribers reporting an outage since 6:30 Last night have been contacted and confirmed up, or a trouble call scheduled. More information to follow. Thank you for your patience.

9:30AM 9/7/26

As we continue to face sporadic outages across customers served from our Turkey Hollow cabinet, we have additional maintenance planned for this morning. This will result in an outage to all subscribers from this service cabinet for a period of 10-20 Minutes and will occur around 10:15AM.

Although a large percentage of services were restored after clearing the overheating issue, some service issues remained. This required us to reboot all access nodes for that particular area starting around 5:30pm. This resulted in 10-15 minute rolling outages until reboots were completed around 6:30pm. At this point all services should be restored. If you are still without service, please leave a voice-mail on our office line instead of commenting on this post. It will result in a much more efficient response from us.

All services appear to be restored. Technicians are still actively working to determine root cause and a proper permanent fix.

We are currently investigating a potential fiber optic cable cut in the area of Rural Taylor Ridge. We have techs dispatched to determine the cause currently. We hope to have more information to share around 12:15PM.

LTE subscribers affected by our recent outage should be back in service as of 1PM today. You may need to power cycle your equipment and wait 5 minutes for the service to return. If you are still experiencing difficulties after that please let us know.

** PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT **

If you have a box, or an app, that gives you hundreds of channels for free or very low one-time or monthly fee. That is an Illegal streaming service. If it requires a vpn. It's very likely an illegal streaming service.
There is nothing we can do to make your Illegal streaming service work better. It may pause, it may buffer, it may stop working entirely. We get calls about this on a weekly basis. If you are using a legitimate service to stream your entertainment, they will have an actual customer service email or phone # for you to contact in the even of an issue.
Furthermore we want to remind people that we have repeatedly documented these bootleg devices sending MASSIVE amounts of data to overseas servers. Is that your personal data? Maybe...

If it's too good to be true. It is!

**** OUTAGE ALERT/UPDATE/RESOLUTION ****

Starting At approx 12:33PM Today we experienced widespread intermittent outages affecting our Fiber Internet Subscribers.

As of 1:45PM the problem has been resolved and all subscribers should be returned to service. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our office for additional troubleshooting steps.

The Root cause of this outage was the failure of an optical transceiver on our main aggregation ring. Any interested parties may inquire with our office for further details.

Typically we utilize our office staff for the quarterly drawing, occasionally we'll have our office dog do the selection, this quarter we decided to mix it up a bit. Update For "Bush's Addition" Hillcrest Court 2nd and 3rd.....

We are sad to announce that as of this time we have indefinitely suspended plans for Fiber services in Hillcrest Court 2nd & 3rd addition. 😥😓
Due to restrictions on utility easements there, we require 100% of property owners to sign an amendment prior to construction. At this time we are still missing signatures for 6 parcels. If the property owners for those parcels decide to sign the amendment at some point in the future, we will resume plans for fiber to this area. Please note that Hillcrest Court 1st addition is not affected by this, and will begin construction soon. Attached is a aerial map showing the affected homes in red. If you are one of the property owners that has not signed the amendment and would like to, please contact our office.
