** PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT **

If you have a box, or an app, that gives you hundreds of channels for free or very low one-time or monthly fee. That is an Illegal streaming service. If it requires a vpn. It's very likely an illegal streaming service.
There is nothing we can do to make your Illegal streaming service work better. It may pause, it may buffer, it may stop working entirely. We get calls about this on a weekly basis. If you are using a legitimate service to stream your entertainment, they will have an actual customer service email or phone # for you to contact in the even of an issue.
Furthermore we want to remind people that we have repeatedly documented these bootleg devices sending MASSIVE amounts of data to overseas servers. Is that your personal data? Maybe...

If it's too good to be true. It is!

**** OUTAGE ALERT/UPDATE/RESOLUTION ****

Starting At approx 12:33PM Today we experienced widespread intermittent outages affecting our Fiber Internet Subscribers.

As of 1:45PM the problem has been resolved and all subscribers should be returned to service. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our office for additional troubleshooting steps.

The Root cause of this outage was the failure of an optical transceiver on our main aggregation ring. Any interested parties may inquire with our office for further details.

Typically we utilize our office staff for the quarterly drawing, occasionally we'll have our office dog do the selection, this quarter we decided to mix it up a bit. Update For "Bush's Addition" Hillcrest Court 2nd and 3rd.....

We are sad to announce that as of this time we have indefinitely suspended plans for Fiber services in Hillcrest Court 2nd & 3rd addition. 😥😓
Due to restrictions on utility easements there, we require 100% of property owners to sign an amendment prior to construction. At this time we are still missing signatures for 6 parcels. If the property owners for those parcels decide to sign the amendment at some point in the future, we will resume plans for fiber to this area. Please note that Hillcrest Court 1st addition is not affected by this, and will begin construction soon. Attached is a aerial map showing the affected homes in red. If you are one of the property owners that has not signed the amendment and would like to, please contact our office.
