Upgrade complete and email is a-flowin'! One thumbs-down is webmail/Roundcube no longer offers the "Larry" theme. "Elastic" is the only option now and it's dark, but that's the way it's being offered now. Other than that, things seem to be running ok. Thanks for your patience!

Looks like the upgrade is complete but I want to do some backups of the current system before turning email service back on. You can login to webmail but no new messages will be present after about 11pm or so (when I last shut things down). Give me another hour and email should start flowing. It may take up to a full day for all pending email to make its way into your inbox as the sending servers usually retry every hour or so to re-send messages that were deferred. More updates later...

Got through the last glitch. Still on stage 4 of 5. You might notice that webmail is "up" but you won't be able to login until the drive with the email on it is attached and available to the system (you'll see the error in the lower right). Anyway, kudos to you if you're up this late reading my messages. Hang in there. Progress is being made.

Hi Everyone. The server upgrade we emailed everyone about last week is about to take place. All hosted services (access to email and websites hosted on our servers) will be offline for several hours, so plan on an overnight outage. We will post the "all clear" message here when we're done. Our phones will be available but best to wait for the "complete" message here as those who didn't get the notice will be jamming the lines. Looking forward to a better, faster system!

Good afternoon all. We are currently having an issue with outgoing email addressed to Microsoft hosted domains (Outlook/Live/Hotmail/etc). They have blacklisted our server. A trouble ticket has been opened with them. Hopefully things will be resolved soon.

To our domain/web hosting customers. If you receive a notice saying the SSL certificate for your domain is expiring and needs to be renewed, you can safely ignore it. The certificate WILL renew automatically. No need to call us to report it. Of course, if your certificate does NOT renew and your website or email stops working, definitely contact us. But it's a nearly 0% chance that will happen. Sorry for the false alarm. We think this is a one time issue this quarter due to an update that changed a setting in how alerts are sent out.

We're experiencing a data center outage that's affecting our VoIP (phone) servers. All inbound calls to us (for support, sales, etc) are being directed to our remote call center in Utah. If you have residential or business phone service with us, but do not have emergency redirect service in place (where calls can be forwarded to a cell phone if your ATA is down or our servers are unreachable), send an email to [email protected] and ask to have it set up. There's a small charge ($3.00/mo) for this service.

We upgraded our server software this morning. Normally, this takes just a minute or two and there's no disruption of services and we don't need to do it overnight during a maintenance window. This time, the updated is taking a bit longer and some services are temporarily unavailable (like email). The update should be over soon (estimate 20 minutes), so if you're having issues, just wait it out. Sorry for the trouble.
