The Skyfiber team is visiting Gualala this week to upgrade our core location battery back-ups and install new equipment with higher, more reliable bandwidth capabilities. As we replace and upgrade equipment there will be some service interruptions which are unavoidable. We appreciate your patience during this process!

UPDATE: AT&T has found and repaired the cut fiber and service has been restored!

 it appears that AT&T is having a wide scale fiber outage, which is affecting all of our coastal Internet connections at this point. Sky Fiber network engineers have opened a support ticket with AT&T and are doing everything they can. 

We are experiencing a wide area network outage. Skyfiber network engineers are working on resolution now.
