FRA 224 Strips Are Back!
..no, not *those* FRA 224 strips...

We've reprinted our DF5787 waterslide decal sheet, and this new run has been expanded and improved. This sheet now includes 17% more strips, the minimum possible decal film, and several dozen worn/weathered strips based on prototype photos.

"Warehouse Finds" - We have a few more GP35s from our first 2 runs listed for sale. These SKUs have been sold out for a while, but (2) Stealth TSBY 389 and (1) Paragon 4 Painted Orange, Unlettered GP35s are now listed on our website. These are brand new, unsold inventory.

We've expanded our website to include some artwork. One of the first releases is a batch of prints of this colored pencil drawing of a Rio Grande K-28 Mikado - available in both an open series and an archival signed/numbered edition. Public sentiment was clear - you want more orange GP35s!

Our next run of exclusive BLI HO Scale GP35s will include Ann Arbor Ferry in the Fog (2 numbers) and DT&I "Star" schemes (351 only). All 3 of those will be available in P4 sound/DCC and Stealth DCC-ready variations. We'll also be offering a run of unlettered, painted orange GP35s with Ann Arbor (late) details in Stealth only.

New to this run are a Nathan M3 horn casting and 3-pane all weather window.

Like previous runs, these will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis once we receive the locomotives. Delivery is expected mid-2026.

The Last Ones... We've got the last few HO Scale exclusive GP35s on sale on our website.

(2) Painted Orange/Unlettered P4 remain and are now at 20% off MSRP.

For the TSBY black/yellow, we have some BLI-refurbished units available. Long story short, these have never been sold to customers, have been checked over by the BLI service department, sanding lines have been removed from the rear of the rear truck, and they may have some minor box damage.

(2) of the long sold out 385 and (4) 389s are available in Stealth for the bargain price of $162.49/ea.

New Decals Available! We have three new sets and one reissue available in our HO Scale waterslide decal catalog.
These new sets include DF7387 Hazmat Placards + Tank Car Data, DF7487 Mottled Paint Splotches (a new twist on our paint out blank offerings), and DF7587 Gibberish Scribbles (small freehand tags). DF5387 AEX Ultra Narrow Patches makes a comeback as well in a revised issue.
All of these decals have been screen printed by Cartograf and are beautifully reproduced using solid color inks - no dots or dithers here! - and printed decal film means minimal trimming around the edges.

Biz Car Buildup! Here's a run-through of how we transformed an HO Scale primer BLI "Kenefick" into a freelance business car. Details in the captions.

Freelance Varnish! The "Motor City Line" has a new business car thanks to this HO Scale BLI "Kenefick." TruColor paint was applied directly over the factory primer with Cartograf and one-off decals completing the livery. Warning labels from our DL6387 decal sheet were applied to select underbody equipment.

A followup post will walk through the build process.
