Today, I am incredibly excited to announce the soft launch of my latest start-up Ping-Pong AI. It's something new, something different, and unique. But, it solves a massive problem in today's AI ecosystem - MISTAKES.

I've been in this industry long enough to know that different is better than better.

So when I decided to build something in the AI space, I made myself a promise: I wasn't going to chase capability. Everyone is chasing capability. I was going to chase something harder — and honestly, more important.

I was going to chase cognitive load.

Here's what I mean. AI doesn't just bring power to the table. It brings anxiety. The anxiety of not knowing if the output is right. The anxiety of shipping code that looked clean but wasn't. The anxiety of making a business decision on data that felt solid but was fabricated by a model that had no idea it was wrong. These aren't edge cases. They're the reason AI adoption is slower than it should be — and the reason smart people are still hesitant to trust it with anything that matters.

I didn't want to build another tool that made that problem faster. I wanted to develop a methodology that would make it disappear.
