What does it take to help educators feel confident using AI in the classroom?

For nonprofit organization ISTE (the International Society for Technology in Education), it starts with giving teachers access to the right resources and support to meet students where they are on their AI journey.

Through its collaboration with Microsoft, ISTE's AI Literacy credential is helping educators build the confidence to use AI responsibly and effectively, while expanding access to multilingual training opportunities, with more than 5,000 educators worldwide already taking part.

Behind every wagging tail at DOA dierenasiel is a team using AI to make room for more care and today, on , we're celebrating them and the work they do for dogs like Zack. 🐾

Together with partner Axelio, DOA dierenasiel is using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot solutions to:

🔹 Register new arrivals in just over five minutes with a photo and AI-assisted intake
🔹 Support vets with AI-informed health insights and automated follow-up care
🔹 Coordinate 100+ daily dog walks in moments, freeing up time for training and rehabilitation

It’s how a shy pup like Zack learned to love cuddles, and how seniors like Dida (17!) get the attentive care they deserve on the way to forever homes.

Foster care is a race against time, and The Contingent is helping communities move faster.

By using Microsoft tools, the organization works alongside public agencies and partners like Every Child TN to understand foster care needs in real time and recruit families who can meet them. For three siblings in Tennessee, that meant staying together, close to school and community during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.

That's why we're inspired by Educational Foundation Freiburg, which is helping create more connected learning environments across 31 schools in Germany. By introducing AI in a thoughtful, age-appropriate way and reducing administrative burden for educators, they're creating more time for what matters most: supporting students.
