It has been a busy week but I would not have it any other way!!! Being one of the guest for the IDC Roundtable with our Arrow Partners to provide expert knowledge around AI Adoption with industry executive leaders was definitely one of the highlights!!!

At CrossRoads IT Group we are a people first tech organization where we deliver business value via tech solutions specializing in AI Adoption and Education.

We were honored to have been selected to serve along with our partners Arrow Electronics at the IDC Roundtable July 30th. It was a pleasure to collaborate with our guests alongside Daniel Saroff (IDC Executive- Moderator) and Michael Pompey (Arrow Executive) as we focused on the conversation-“From AI Strategy to Measurable Outcomes: Building the Modern Enterprise”. What an engaging Executive Roundtable!!!

A few nuggets and takeaways:
1. Organizations that align to including Executive Design Thinking Sessions in their AI Adoption Strategies define a clearer path, roadmap, and understand their path to delivery where ROI is realized. Leadership alignment on Benchmarking is necessary for success. .
2. AI Adoption is not determined by the use of Chatbots, it is more in-depth and focuses around a defined strategy and roadmap, governance, data, security, and platforms that support scaling.
3. AI Education and transparent communication is critical for culture acceptance and adaptation.
4. Transformation occurs at the speed of trust.
5. Everyone in the organization must feel included to remove fear and avoid business delivery disruptions.
6. Restructuring will take place but the ability to truly analyze workflows through transparent assessments creates the space to align on a path forward with minimal negative impact!
7. The tech solution is the easy part.. do not forget or minimize the people factor.

Just a few nuggets! We appreciate every leader who attended and the engagement in the session. We wish we could have gone 30 minutes longer!!!

As our Summer Internship Program comes to a close, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible interns and our partners at Dallas ISD for an amazing summer. They have added value in the area of customer relationship management, supported development of a new product, and social media strategy and management. They also left with presentation techniques, facilitation of client meetings, IBM Skills Build Badges in AI and cutting edge technologies and more.

At CrossRoads IT Group, we believe the future of technology begins with creating opportunities today. Thank you, Dallas ISD, for your partnership as we support equipping tomorrow's workforce.

We are excited to see where each of our interns' journeys lead as they are truly phenomenal!!! We ended our intern time together with a feast… so much fun spending time with our interns. Go get em!!!

Powerful Day!!!

Today CrossRoads IT Group had the honor of attending the Methodist Southwest Medical Center name transition ceremony! A milestone that reflects not only a new name, but a continued commitment to serving the community with excellence, innovation, and compassionate care. There was something divine in the air today!!! From arrival to departure- indescribable!!! The presenters, the patient testimonies .. no words!

#1 Takeaway: What’s in a name- WOW!

A name carries meaning. It represents legacy, vision, and the promise of what lies ahead. Today's ceremony celebrated Methodists’ rich history while embracing an exciting future focused on continuing to deliver exceptional healthcare to the communities they serve.

Congratulations to Michael Stewart President of Methodist Southwest and the phenomenal leadership team of the entire Methodist System! Shout out to my LSW Classmate Andrie Krahl and the team for their spirit of excellence in community engagement, planning, and ex*****on. So great seeing so many LSW classmates out supporting!!! The entire event was filled with an energy of unity and looking ahead while appreciating the past!

As someone who believes that meaningful transformation begins with people, it was inspiring to witness an organization honoring its past while positioning itself for the future. Whether in healthcare or technology, lasting change is built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of this special occasion. Wishing the entire team continued success as you begin this exciting new chapter and we look forward to our continued partnership. Thank you hubby JHall Introspect for capturing for us!
