Excited to attend DFW MSDC Access 2026—a powerful gathering of innovators, leaders, corporations, and diverse businesses focused on building meaningful connections and driving economic impact. It was great to spend time with Jugna and Hubby of Esolvit Inc., love love meeting affiliates in person for the first time.

MSDC ACCESS is more than a conference; it is where collaboration, opportunity, and innovation come together to shape the future of supplier diversity and business growth. I enjoyed the time engaging in meaningful conversations, discussing strategic partnerships, learning from leaders across industries, and scheduling time with potential clients.

I am proud to represent Crossroads IT Group as we continue creating technology solutions that prioritize people, experience, and impact first.

What a week!!! CrossRoads IT Group attended IBM Think 2026 in Boston surrounded by innovation, collaboration, and conversations that are shaping the future of AI, automation, and enterprise technology. Morgan -one of our Tech Sales Leaders- and myself truly enjoyed the informative sessions, roundtables, partner and client connection, and the Arrow and IBM Think parties!!! We are returning with new ideas for our clients and future partnerships!!!

The energy throughout the event was incredible as organizations from around the world came together to explore what’s next in the agentic AI era.

A highlight of the week was spending time with our IBM distributor- Arrow Electronics- , IBM leaders, IBM partners, and clients from across the globe — sharing ideas, discussing real business transformation, and building meaningful connections that extend far beyond technology. The collaboration between IBM, Arrow, and the channel ecosystem continues to demonstrate the power of partnership in helping clients accelerate AI adoption and business outcomes.

Grateful for the conversations, the insights, and the opportunity for CrossRoads IT Group to collaborate with leaders and we continue to drive AI Adoption and innovation across industries.

Let’s Go! Unwind and Self-care week flew by, now CrossRoads IT Group is back on the grind!!

Honored and humbled to attend the Board Installation for the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and witness such a meaningful celebration of leadership, service, and impact across our business community. Angela Alexander and her dynamic team at NCTRCA held their Board Installation Ceremony on April 30th with excellence and purpose. Thanks for the invite and opportunity to share space with the humility and leadership power in the room.

It was inspiring to see the incoming board members step into their new roles with vision and purpose, while also taking time to recognize and celebrate the outgoing board members for their dedication, leadership, and countless contributions to advancing opportunities for businesses throughout North Texas and beyond.

Thank you to everyone who continues to invest their time, expertise, and passion into creating pathways for growth, collaboration, and inclusion. Congratulations to both the new and outgoing board members on this meaningful milestone and continued success ahead. We are excited to partner with NCTRCA!

When leadership and emotional intelligence (EQ) operate in alignment, they shape a business culture and experience that consistently performs at the highest level!!!

Leadership Southwest (LSW) April Connect was 🔥! We kicked off with an engaging session on Emotional Intelligence, followed by a tour of the new DeSoto ARC and inspiring words from DeSoto leaders.

From there, we rolled up our sleeves to collaborate on our Class Project, an exciting community event coming this fall, that you won’t want to miss. We wrapped up the day at Thorntree Country Club with a mixer, some time on the greens, and a special celebration honoring Amanda, who means so much to LSW, as she steps into a new role and passes the baton to Jamal Sanders.

Onward and upward! What a day filled with learning, collaboration, and meaningful relationship building with the LSW Class of 2026.

A big thank you to Odom’s BBQ for the delicious dessert. It was the perfect treat! I’m truly humbled to be on this journey with such an incredible group of leaders.
