We love being a place where families can grab coffee, let their little ones play, and shop small with the amazing local vendors who fill our gift shop with their handmade goodies. That’s what makes our little space so special. 🫶🏻

But lately, we’ve been finding the play café left in quite a state, and today we found items taken off our gift shop shelves and brought into the play area to be played with. These items haven’t been purchased, and they belong to small business owners and local makers who put their time, talent, and hard work into creating things to sell and provide for their families.

We want everyone to feel welcome here, and we never want to lose the fun, relaxed atmosphere that makes The Random Cup what it is. But we also need your help in taking care of our space. Please help your little ones clean up after themselves, and please leave gift shop merchandise on the shelves unless you’re purchasing it. ❤️

Behind every little business, there are real people working hard to make a living and create something special. We ask that you treat our space, our vendors’ work, and our community with the same care and respect you’d hope to receive yourself.

We appreciate every single family who visits us and helps us keep this a welcoming place for everyone. Thank you for understanding and for helping us take care of the little place we love so much. 🤎

Everyone give a big Random Cup welcome to Emily!

When she’s not whipping up deliciousness in the kitchen, she’s keeping people glowing as an esthetician, sipping on coffee, or hunting down her next bag of Skittles. And in true Halloween spirit, our girl was actually BORN ON HALLOWEEN! 🎃👻

Here she is with Poppy, our owner’s tiny four-legged supervisor, who clearly takes her job of welcoming new employees VERY seriously. 🐶💕

We’re so excited to have Emily on the team, and we can’t wait for you all to meet her! Stop in, say hi, grab a coffee, and help us give her some Random Cup love! 🫶

Welcome to the crew, Emily!

☕️🤎 Just Marcy, Graham, and a whole lot of coffee today! 👶🏻

Our favorite Star Barista, Lukas, is out for dental surgery today, so Graham and I are holding down the fort! 🥹 We’re so thankful for a community that shows up for our little café, supports our small team, and gives us grace on the days when things look a little different. ❤️

A little heads-up for today: we won’t be able to make smoothies or frappes, and your coffee or food might take a little longer than usual. We’re doing our best to keep the caffeine flowing while this mama works with her littlest sidekick! ☕️🍼

Thank you for shopping small, being patient, and loving on our little corner of the community. The Random Cup is more than just coffee, and days like today remind us exactly why. 🫶🏼

Come say hi to Graham and grab yourself a muffin & little happiness in a cup!
