For most of my career, I thought strong leaders always had the answers.

I was wrong.

The shift that changed everything for me wasn’t learning more — it was becoming more curious. Moving from “I need to have this figured out” to “I’m willing to figure it out.”

When I stopped pretending to have all the answers, something unexpected happened. My team grew faster. Our results improved. And I became more confident — not because I knew more, but because I stopped being afraid of what I didn’t know.

That’s what I call Thinking Onward. It’s one of the core ideas in my book, which officially launches today.
