The Company’s wireless infrastructure services business provides turnkey small cell network, distributed antenna systems (“DAS”) and Wi-Fi technical consulting, design and implementation services. The Company provides these services through its subsidiary Spectrum Velocity™, LLC. (“Spectrum ™”). Spectrum ™ designs and sources custom small cell and DAS systems for business owners, property owners and public venues. We design economical, convenient and scalable systems for current needs, with the ability to exploit new Wi-Fi technologies as such are developed. Spectrum ™ will work with customers to improve and modify their existing systems to meet best practices for mobile Internet services. The Company also offers technical and engineering consulting in the fields of in-building wireless, broadcast, frequency coordination, database management, RF risk management, systems design and integration.
