💡 What you’ll do:
• Provide technical support for medical imaging systems including PACS, VNA, and related healthcare IT platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software, network, and system issues reported by customers.
• Assist with system installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Work closely with development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support integrations with hospital systems such as RIS, HIS, and imaging modalities.
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance when needed.

• 3+ years in Healthcare IT / Medical Imaging

Job Summary
RAMYRO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver healthcare IT projects, including PACS, VNA, and AI-based medical imaging solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of both software platforms and supporting IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple healthcare IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate implementation of RIS/PACS, Enterprise Imaging VNAi and AI medical imaging applications and software platform.
• Lead greenfield projects including infrastructure setup (servers, storage, networking) and software deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal development teams, IT engineers, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and best practices.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
• Age between 30-35 years
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience delivering healthcare software projects, particularly PACS, VNA, and AI medical imaging solutions.
• Experience managing greenfield healthcare IT implementations, including infrastructure and software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, IT infrastructure teams, and clinical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of medical imaging workflows and radiology systems.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as DICOM, HL7, and interoperability frameworks.
• Experience working in teleradiology or enterprise imaging environments.
