Rock Lobster

Rock Lobster Designs to celebrate the Atlantic coast lifestyle. A beach brand by a shore person; who, like yourself, lives life with one foot in the sand. Lobster.

Rock Lobster is a third generation commercial artist who spent his youth learning his craft at the Brooklyn Museum and New York's Museum of Modern Art while summering in the Hamptons. He enjoyed swimming, clamming, crabbing, boating and fishing with his family through his years at university. The New Jersey shore then became his sands of choice. It was during this time that his bud 'G' tagged him

with his current moniker; because of his dark complection from May through September. Years of beach houses, a mutual appreciation of music, cold beverages, golden sand and the sweet smell of salty air, bonded his friendships and led him to meet Mrs. Together they enjoy traveling from P-Town, Sag Harbor, Spring Lake and Cape May to the OBX, St. Simons Island, Florida's Treasure Coast and Key West. Rock Lobster now wants to share his experiences and love for the beach life through clothing that celebrate our east coast spirit.

Love and Mercy to the 'Bach of Rock', Brian Wilson, who we lost one year ago. He penned teenage symphonies to God. I was fortunate enough to meet him once after a show. He was a mountain of a man and his physical presence appeared to personify his monumental talent.

4th of July, Asbury Park
Inspired by the Springsteen cut, better known as 'Sandy', and energized to completion by recent visits to that very special beach town.
The thunderous pyrotechnic reverberations in your chest fight the dazzling reflection of light on the sea, for your attention.
Happy Independence Day and enjoy those fireworks my friends.

Artist David Hockney passed today.
One of the pillars of modern art and a great, personal inspiration.
His water. His photography. His patterns and colors have all influenced my career.
The glasses were a coincidence.
Hockney has never been one to shy away from the challenge of a new medium or technology and that encourages me.
God bless and rest in peace.

Our Peoples Artist journey has paddled out to sea.
Firstly big hugs and sincere gratitude for all of you who voted and took it to the next level by donating your time and funds.
I’d set the controls for the heart of the sun and we were on our way. As we cruised through four playoff levels we were clearly advancing into the fifth and were in strong contention to make a play for victory. Until we weren’t.
From the jump I wanted to post voting requests with restraint. My campaign was measured however it wasn’t seen that way, nationally.
Everything pertaining to this contest and I on Facebook, as well as my most loyal supporters sharing their support had become restricted and deleted despite this being a charitable endeavor for a worthy cause. By the outpouring of disappointment on line it became apparent the the organizers were aware of this possibility and chose not to advise the participants.
It was an exciting way to share some fun imagery to a wide audience. There was an initial participation of over 161,000 entrants. We made it through four major cuts. Not too shabby.
Thank you for your selfless support. ❤️
You can see the art in person at

Since the Facebook/People's Artist debacle I'm balancing between reading the room, self awareness, shamelessly groveling while flying below the FB police radar. Taking this opp' to ask for NON Paid votes again. I think I've found the loop hole and the right day to maximize impact.
I'm in 6th place and need to bump up one notch to make the cut into the 5th round. Today you get 2X the voting power. Please vote today and tomorrow.
You can copy and paste the web address. Avoid the FB flagging by not sharing it.
Thanks for the support. ❤️
