Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical positions within CHOKSHIS INFOTECH.
Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to source and identify potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing timely feedback and managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Sales:
Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated market segment, including businesses in need of IT solutions, consulting services, and staffing support.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and position CHOKSHIS INFOTECH's offerings as solutions to address their requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for IT solutions and services.
Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in recruitment and/or sales, preferably within the IT industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
Knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
Familiarity with sales techniques, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate challenges in a fast-paced environment.
