To start an application that is pinned to the taskbar, hold the Windows key and press the number that corresponds with its location (Win+number from one to nine). In this case Win Key and the number 2.

Recently, a customer called with issues and described their PC as "dead". After a few questions, a diagnostic was given. We found out that computer's power supply was no longer working. The customer's computer was repaired and delivered back to them the next day all for $160 dollars.
