Lucie’s microbakery has only one thing on the menu: buttery, flaky, kouign amann.

Lucie’s starting baking over 15 years ago in France, but since moving to Austin, she always had a dream of bringing her favorite hometown pastry to an American audience.

Just three months after starting, she’d already selling out in minutes every week and drawing long lines at her pop ups. She credits a lot of the success to a post on Nextdoor, but we know it’s the delicious, expertly hand laminated pastries that keep people coming back.
