Verizon Service Stinks in Queen Creek

Where in town do you have the most frustrations with Verizon service?

For me it's at the Safeway on Ironwood and Ocotillo. Service inside the store is poor and I don't get any text messages until after I check out and head to the car. That really stinks when the text says "Oh, don't forget to get xyz at the grocery store..." after you've already walked out.

So the moon is getting cellular service while we still have areas of crappy service in the Town of Queen Creek.

Maybe Verizon should get some help from Nokia.

Fixing our mobile phone problems doesn't mean more big ugly cell towers (even if they're disguised as pine trees in the desert). They've shrunk cellular technology so it just fits on a light pole now.

Town of Queen Creek has provided a list of available light posts throughout our town and are making it easy for mobile phone service providers to use these poles to fix their networks.

The only excuse Verizon has now is that they just don't want to spend the money to provide the services we pay for.

Is Verizon's horrible network killing your social life? Missed messages and calls, just because Verizon hasn't fixed the infrastructure here in Queen Creek.

She sent a text, but you didn't get it 'til the next day. Friends sent you info about a great party, but you didn't get it.

Worst of all, Mom called and you didn't answer. Now she's "worried to death" about you.

Ever had this frustration at the grocery store?

My spouse sends me a text to add something important to the list to pickup. Problem is, our cell phones don't work inside grocery stores. You don't get that update until you've gone through checkout, unloaded all the groceries into the car and put your seat belt on. Now, it's a mad dash back into the store to get that one thing.

Verizon , please fix your services in the Town of Queen Creek!

Don't take your frustrations out on your phone! It's not the phone, it's Verizon's bad cellular network here in Queen Creek, Arizona.

I'm sure Verizon would love to see you have to buy a phone from them, but that'd be just throwing more money at them and not receiving the quality service you deserve!
