20 years ago today, Tom's Help Desk was started in Tom's basement. His idea was to be the "Help Desk" for all. Since that time, we have grown to provide IT support for nearly 6000 homes and small business customers in Bucks, Montgomery and Delaware counties. Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without our tremendous staff. We are grateful for them everyday and for the support of our customers, friends, family and colleagues. All of you have enabled us to reach this milestone in one way or another. If you are a customer of Tom's Help Desk, thank you for opportunity to be "Your Personal Help Desk".

Our team gathered to celebrate the holiday season with delicious food, great company, and plenty of tech talk. It was wonderful to see everyone come together and enjoy the evening.

A big thank you to The Brick Tavern Inn for hosting our third annual Holiday party with incredible service and amazing dishes!

Yesterday, Tom’s Help Desk presented at the NGIV Upper Perk Chapter lunch. Pizza Como & PC Pub Restaurant & Sports Bar served delicious food that went perfectly with the knowledge that was shared. Tom talked about Windows 10 which is set to expire in October of 2025 and the requirements for upgrading to Windows 11 sooner rather than later. He also spoke about the differences between an older Mechanical Hard Drive versus a Solid-State Drive and how cloning from one to the other makes a world of difference.
Tom was happy to share this presentation with Perkiomen Valley Printing Inc., R&R Insurance Group, Tri County Area Federal Credit Union, and other members. The next one will be just as informative!

We wanted to give a belated thank you to everyone at The Brick Tavern Inn for hosting our holiday party and making it as welcoming and fulfilling as they did! We also wanted to wish Martin Mack a very happy retirement! Martin has been a valued member of our team for 13 years. As sad as we are to see him go, we are thrilled for his next journey!
