Ashley Cyber Services LLC seeks a Tier-1 Computer Technician to work in Loudoun County, Virginia. We are looking for a technician who enjoys the work, is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and looking for a long-term position with a real potential for growth.
Daily responsibilities will include:
• In-shop and remote computer support
• Answering support calls and opening tickets
• Handling Tier-1 help desk tickets
We offer a full line of IT services to businesses. These services include, but are not limited to:
• On-site and remote maintenance and repair
• VoIP Phones Systems
• MSP Services
• Software installation, upgrades and training
• Virus/spyware detection and removal
• Firewalls and network security
• Wired and wireless network installation & support
• Data backup and recovery
• Preventive maintenance
• Desktop, laptop, and server installation and support
• Dedicated and semi-dedicated server, website and email hosting in our data center environment
• Computer and network equipment sales
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum A+, MCP, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, MS Office, and Outlook
• Knowledge of computer troubleshooting and repair
• Linux and/or Mac experience a plus
Successful candidate will have/be:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer care skills
• Positive Attitude
• Appreciate being part of a team but exhibit strong individual responsibility for satisfying customer needs.
• Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter with a take-charge attitude and desire to succeed.
• Desire to build long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
• Submit to a background check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
