LAVA’s Mid-Year Huddle was a huge success. 🌋🔥

The entire team came together for two full days to reflect on company and individual wins, align on goals, and kick off our new operating system, LAVA OS, inspired by EOS.

Wednesday night, we took over Fireman’s Field for LAVA’s 80s Night at the Purcellville Cannons game. We painted the park orange, decked everyone out in 80s gear, and even saw our superstar interns take home gold in the mascot race.

We wrapped things up Thursday after a full day of teambuilding and LAVA OS sessions led by Melissa Joy Kong and Mike Lynch. Thank you both for making this dream a reality!

We truly couldn’t ask for a better group of people. Huge thanks to our remote team members for traveling in, and to the entire team for making it such a collaborative and impactful couple of days.

We are already looking forward to getting everyone back together again in September for as a Service World!
