Porous boundaries don’t appear out of thin air—they show up in women who were groomed to believe their needs don’t matter.
This type of conditioning can be hard to spot because it’s often subtle:
→ being told you’re too emotional
→ being told to calm down
→ being guilted for saying no or choosing yourself
But just because it’s less obvious than a single traumatic event, doesn’t mean it’s less damaging.
Women conditioned this way are robbed of their sense of self—and their dreams.
Their automatic way of being doesn’t chase what it wants.
It chases safety.
It follows the path of least resistance to prevent conflict.
But that pattern can shift whenever you’re ready to take a stand for yourself.
