Please bring your old laptops next week to the Cape Verdean Progressive Center for donation so that we can help more people in our community!

We will securely wipe and reprogram the laptops to become Chromebooks!

If you would like to donate before October 22, please message us or comment and we can make arrangements!

Mac Book ready for new owner
*** READ BELOW

This MacBook does not run as a Chromebook. It runs using something called Linux mint because that is the only way I can get the Wi-Fi to work.

It has a great battery, but the keyboard and mouse do not work.

With a wireless mouse and Bluetooth keyboard, this computer can do a lot of good. Please message me if interested.

***FREE IMAC (Chromebook)

We were very fortunate to have a donor donate an iMac. It has been reprogrammed to run a Chromebook. These are great computers and would be perfect at home or in a bedroom or home office.

I have a keyboard but I do not have an extra mouse.

Message us if you’re interested!

💻 DO YOU HAVE AN OLD LAPTOP COLLECTING DUST?

Check your closets, basement, drawers, or home office — that old laptop you haven’t used in years could make a huge difference for someone in our community.

♻️ Donate it to Reboot and Reuse!

We’ll wipe it, reprogram it, and give it a second life by getting it back into the community — completely FREE — to someone who needs a computer at home but may not be able to afford one.

Instead of letting that old laptop sit forgotten or end up as e-waste:

💻 You donate it.
🔧 We reprogram it.
❤️ Someone in our community gets a laptop.

Even an older laptop you think is outdated may still have plenty of life left in it!

Have one sitting around? Send us a message! ♻️💻

Please support Reboot and Reuse and purchase from our Amazon wish list. Even something as cheap as a $22 universal charger can help me get laptops to families and adult students in need! Anything helps!

💻 SUPPORT OUR GOFUNDME & HELP US PUT MORE LAPTOPS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY! 💙

As of today, Reboot and Reuse has reprogrammed and returned more than 20 laptops to the community.

We are receiving more requests for laptops than we can currently fulfill. We need your help to keep up! To date, we have about 40 unfilled requests!

Please consider donating to our GoFundMe. Your support will allow us to purchase inexpensive old laptops in bulk, have them reprogrammed and get them into the hands of people who need them. Any amount helps!
