Design Project Duration/Completion
ALL time frames given by MTOUZEGRAPHICS, of a design project's duration, are strictly estimates. MTOUZEGRAPHICS will not be responsible for delays caused by; client requests, equipment failures or any other issues that may
arise. Projects will not begin until the date funds have been received by MTOUZEGRAPHICS and new projects will not begin until previous balances are PAID IN FULL. Data Formats
All text and images are to be supplied to MTOUZEGRAPHICS in electronic format as standard text (.txt), MS Word (.doc) on CD-ROM, or via e-mail. Compensation/Payment
Clients agree to pay MTOUZEGRAPHICS all fees associated with the design & completion of their project. Payments may be made by Western Union, Cash, Check, PayPal or previously agreed electronic funds transfer. An additional fee of $25 will be added to all requests MTOUZEGRAPHICS considers outside the normal turnaround time, for example next day. Changes/Cancellations
All requests for design Changes made after an agreement has been reached, will require MTOUZEGRAPHICS to perform additional work and therefore an additional fee will be added. Cancellations made after work has begun will result in a 50% loss of deposit. Evaluation & Acceptance
Within 5 days of receiving a completed project the client will notify MTOUZEGRAPHICS, in writing, of any problems or issues the client feels needs to be addressed. Within 2 days, MTOUZEGRAPHICS will make the changes requested by the client. If After 3 changes the client feels the design is still in need of modification, MTOUZEGRAPHICS reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Upon termination, 50% of the deposit will be returned and all responsibilities to the client will end
Ownership of Artwork and Source Files
MTOUZEGRAPHICS will hold all rights, titles, and interest in all original artwork, whether in draft, mock-up, concept or final development for the Project.
