Remember, always be suspicious of emails claiming to be from GRM Networks or other trusted sources that urge you to take action regarding your account. Customers have reported receiving the email in the attached screenshot. This is a fraudulent message from criminals who are trying to get your personal information. Do not fall for the scam!
Instead, before responding or clicking a link in an email like this, first review and determine if the message seems legitimate. Does it seem like the email is trying to rush you into taking action quickly? You can also look at the address in the "From" field and see where the message is coming from. If you're still not sure if the message is real, you can reach out to us at your local business office or visit our website by typing in the address www.grm.net in your browser - do not click any link from a suspicious email.
If you get an email like this, delete the message and do not interact with it. If you have already interacted with the message, change your email password and run anti-virus/malware scans on your devices right away. To change your password, please contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 800-721-2577.
