Remember, always be suspicious of emails claiming to be from GRM Networks or other trusted sources that urge you to take action regarding your account. Customers have reported receiving the email in the attached screenshot. This is a fraudulent message from criminals who are trying to get your personal information. Do not fall for the scam!

Instead, before responding or clicking a link in an email like this, first review and determine if the message seems legitimate. Does it seem like the email is trying to rush you into taking action quickly? You can also look at the address in the "From" field and see where the message is coming from. If you're still not sure if the message is real, you can reach out to us at your local business office or visit our website by typing in the address www.grm.net in your browser - do not click any link from a suspicious email.

If you get an email like this, delete the message and do not interact with it. If you have already interacted with the message, change your email password and run anti-virus/malware scans on your devices right away. To change your password, please contact our 24/7 helpdesk at 800-721-2577.

To help us prevent similar messages in the future, you can login to webmail and mark the message as spam before deleting.

Always be suspicious of emails asking you to take action or share your login or other personal information.

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the stockholders of Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation d/b/a GRM Networks was held at 10 a.m. August 26, 2026, at the GRM Networks corporate office in Princeton, Missouri.

Directors with terms expiring were Gregg Davis of Chula, Missouri; Ray Meyer of Conception Junction, Missouri; and Mark Yungeberg of Princeton, Missouri.
Davis, Meyer and Yungeberg, pictured, were re-elected for three-year terms.

Forty-seven people attended the Annual Meeting at the office and one thousand six hundred five members were represented by proxy.

The Board of Directors elected officers at their regular board meeting held immediately following the Annual Meeting. Elected were:
· President Gregg Davis of Chula, Missouri
· Vice President Mark Yungeberg of Princeton, Missouri
· Secretary Bruce George of Allerton, Iowa
· Assistant Secretary Ray Meyer of Conception Junction, Missouri
· Treasurer John McCloud of Spickard, Missouri
· Assistant Treasurer Allan Mulnix of Bethany, Missouri
